1. What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
2. Is my order a one-time purchase or a subscription?
We would like to assure you that your order is a one-time purchase. Therefore, you should not worry about the automatic orders or monthly fees. All of the order information at our store has to be filled out and verified by our customers.
3. How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost may vary depending on the shipment location and the store’s policy. You will know your exact shipping expenses by proceeding to checkout and inputting your mailing address. The shipping cost will be updated immediately and displayed in your final cost.
4. Where do you deliver orders?
We provide worldwide shipping.
5. Do you offer delivery to PO Box or Military APO/FPO addresses?
We accept shipping to PO Boxes, however, we are unable to ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
6. What should I do if my tracking number does not work?
It may take 3-5 business days for tracking numbers to appear in the system of the shipping company. Please get in touch with our customer support if your order hasn’t arrived after 25 business days.
7. What should I do if my package is missing?
Most deliveries are completed on time. Please kindly check the tracking number or tracking link of your order carefully. You can find them in the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you earlier. If the tracking link shows that your order is still in transit as normal, we hope you can be patient and allow us some more time to ship the product to you.
However, in some situations, the tracking link shows “delivered” status but you have not received the package yet. Please contact us at support@cadela-shopping.com as soon as possible so that we can take instant action with your order.
8. How do I modify my order?
If you realize that you have made an error in shipping address or size/color, please contact us at support@cadela-shopping.com as soon as possible. We will support you to correct the information. However, please keep in mind that we can only change your order information within 12 hours.
6. What should I do if my order arrives wrong or defective?
Please notify us immediately via our email [support email] with a picture/video showing the status of the product in order that we can give you a replacement or issue you a proper refund.
